Crystal Gray, PhD, Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Crystal Gray is a licensed clinical psychologist, who earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Washington State University and completed her pre-doctoral training with the University of Washington School of Medicine.† She has specialty training in evidenced based assessment & treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Dr. Gray is a specialist in autism spectrum disorders and neurodevelopmental disabilities, for which she provides diagnosis, assessment & treatment services. She is the author of the Educational Aspects of Autism Spectrum Disorders manual and a researcher in responsiveness to treatment. She is a dynamic and engaging instructor, who has taught hundreds of workshops and conferences on autism spectrum disorders and related neurodevelopmental disabilities.

Dr. Gray provides neuropsychological and psychological assessments; early entrance, gifted and educational testing; consultations, workshops & training; as well as counseling with an emphasis on evidenced-based treatment, such as Behavior, Cognitive Behavior & Dialectical Behavior Therapies; Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and Family Systems.

Patrick A. Gray M Ed, Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Patrick† is a licensed mental health counselor, who earned his Masterís Degree in Counseling from the Pennsylvania State University and since 1999 has been providing counseling for individuals with all kinds of disabilities as well as support & training to employers.

Patrickís is a specialist with neurodevelopmental disabilities & autism spectrum disorders. Patrick has expertise conducting functional assessments and crafting individualized positive behavior support plans. Areas of specialty include ASD, Neurodevelopmental Disabilities, Depression & Anxiety, adjustment to disability, disability & employment, vocational testing & assessment, reasonable accommodations, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing & Enhancement (MI/ME), and high school transition.
